Why feminine practice? What for? What is it?
This feminine practice is a way to connect with your body and soul more deeply on different levels.

It`s a tool to reconnect to the life force energy and to open up to it.
Doing that opens a lot of doors in different fields for you.
​
If your body „awakens“ it becomes more sensitive and alive

and so you feel more receptive to touch, for increasing sensuality, for feeling subtle energies, for joy through your body, for ecstasy on different levels.
That makes you feel alive and "feminine" from the inside out.

It`s claiming your power because you start to feel it from within.
A lot of women try it the other way around or other women just disconnect from their femininity.

Because we were conditioned like that. Maybe you find other things to distract for a while, you tell yourself that you`re not interested in it or you give a lot of attention to the body from outside, by training and making it more pretty and also by acting with men.

What if we would reclaim our femininity in an awakened way?
That`s what the feminine practice is for.
You feel fulfilled by being able to feel the aliveness in you.
