- feminine/masculine weekend immersion -
This will be a journey into your inner masculine and feminine and into connecting these qualities with others. It focuses on being intimate with yourself and opening up to others in that state to experience true intimacy on different levels in relating.
There will be different types of exercises to support this. It will be a safe place to go deep, meet your inner feminine/masculine, play with polarities, and practice showing up with an open heart, body, and mind.
I will present embodiment practices for men and women.
We will practice intimacy on all levels, which means:
BODY WISE - open your body through practices with yourself and with others. Being able to let go of patterns that suppress your life energy / sexual energy. Experiencing more aliveness in your body and becoming more sensitive to touch, sensuality, and feeling energy within yourself.
HEART WISE - opening the heart and working on the emotional level to let go of the barriers we have put up around our hearts to protect ourselves, but that have disconnected us. So we want to dive into this and let go of unnecessary protection to experience true connection and openness. It will also be an invitation to connect with your heart's longings, explore expressing them, and honor your heart space.
MIND WISE - Unlocking your own beliefs that prevent you from being authentic, walking your path in connection, and the fear of intimacy. We want to bring these to the space to shine a light on these beliefs.
There will be exercises to share yourself authentically and expose insecurities in a safe way to see the truth behind them, with the intention of coming into greater self-love & self-acceptance and feeling the power of that.
What you can expect in this space:

The space will invite you to go deeper, but always with respect for yourself. It will be gentle and powerful at the same time. I never push people to do anything - it is always your choice how far you go with practice and what is appropriate or not.
Nonetheless, this weekend journey is for YOU if you feel that you want to explore and experience a real intimate connection with yourself and with others.

This journey is suitable for couples who want to go deeper and open up to each other on new levels, and also for singles who want to experience a space of intimacy with themselves in connection with others. There will be nothing explicit about sex, although we will work with sexual energy and experience it on different levels and open our bodies to it.
It will be more about intimacy, being transparent, and diving into sensations, perceptions, and authentic expression as we connect with life energy/sexual energy, as well as looking at fears/blocks in this regard. You will always have the ability to calibrate what is best for you in the practices and in the space.

The training will be held in german if there are only german speakers, otherwise, it will be in English. In the partner exercises, you still can talk in german with the ones who are also german speakers. If you have any concerns about this reach out to me.
